Gifting Guide & Gift Card Policy

Gadhiya Jewels Gift Cards are designed for enduring convenience and have no abrupt expiration date when actively used. You are free to redeem your balance whenever you are ready to acquire a new piece of fine jewellery.

If a Gift Card remains completely inactive (with zero transactions or balance inquiries) for a continuous period of 6 months, a nominal monthly administrative maintenance fee of INR 100 will be deducted from the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero, except where prohibited by applicable law.

If a Gift Card is not utilized within 1 year from issuance, it will be automatically placed in a protected locked state to safeguard the cardholder against dormant unauthorized usage. The recipient can easily re-activate the card by completing a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification with our customer concierge team.

The cardholder is exclusively responsible for the safekeeping of the physical card and secret PIN. Cardholders are strongly advised to treat gift cards like cash. Gadhiya Jewels is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unapproved third-party access to cards.

A lost, stolen, or physically damaged card may be replaced provided that the original buyer presents authentic proof of purchase (original billing invoice / transactional ID) and the card balance has not been previously redeemed. Following review and administrative approval, a replacement card will be issued. A nominal replacement fee of INR 1,000 will apply.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed, encashed, or exchanged for cash or bullion currency, except where explicitly mandated by law.

Any fine jewellery pieces purchased using a Gift Card remain subject to Gadhiya Jewels' standard 15-Day Return & Exchange Policy. In the event of an approved return of an eligible catalog piece, the refund amount will be credited back directly to the original Gift Card balance (or issued as store credit), rather than paid in cash.

If an order was paid using both a Gift Card and an online payment method (credit card / UPI), any approved return refund will first be restored to the Gift Card up to its original charged value, and any remaining balance returned to the online payment source.

Gadhiya Jewels strictly reserves the right to refuse, cancel, void, or hold for investigation any Gift Card or order if fraudulent activity, unlawful acquisition, or violation of these terms is suspected.

Gift cards may not be advertised, resold, auctioned, or used as unauthorized promotional giveaways or marketing contests without prior express written consent from Gadhiya Jewels management.

All disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of or in connection with the purchase, issuance, or redemption of Gift Cards are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Surat, Gujarat, India only.
