1. Product Information, Authenticity & Craftsmanship
At Gadhiya Jewels, we specialize in creating luxury, handcrafted jewellery designed just for you. Each piece is meticulously made-to-order, ensuring that you receive a one-of-a-kind item. Here’s what you can expect:
- Domestic Orders (India): Typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days via insured express transit.
- International Orders: Typically delivered within 10 to 14 business days, depending on customs clearances and regional couriers.
2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
When you place an order, we’ll confirm your purchase and start preparing your jewellery. Here’s what you need to know:
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Please note that Gadhiya Jewels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to issues such as product availability, incorrect pricing, or payment errors.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please reach out to us at vishv@gadhiyajewels.com or +91 99788 47750 as soon as possible. Orders that are already in production or custom casting may not be cancelable.
3. Transparent Pricing & Payment
At Gadhiya Jewels, we believe in transparent pricing and secure payment options:
All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are fully inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax). While precious metal prices reflect dynamic bullion markets, once your order is confirmed, your checkout price is 100% price-locked against market fluctuations.
We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and trusted digital wallets through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways for worry-free shopping.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Here’s how we handle shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

- International Orders: Typically delivered within 10 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority! Here’s what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your jewellery within 15 days of receiving it, provided the item is in original, unworn condition and in its original packaging.
Custom and Personalized Jewellery
Custom-made or personalized items (engraved, altered, or made-to-order) are non-returnable unless defective.

We will issue a Return Authorization Number and provide you with detailed return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
6. Repair & Maintenance Services
We stand behind our jewellery long after purchase. Whether due to regular wear, accidental impacts, or routine maintenance, here's how you can access our bench repair services:
If your jewellery presents a manufacturing defect, our master bench jewellers will repair or restore it at no cost to you. This covers faulty clasps, loose diamond prongs, or bench casting flaws.
Repairs due to everyday wear or accidental impacts (e.g. ring resizing, deep re-polishing, rhodium plating, or replacement stones) will be assessed with a transparent upfront cost estimate prior to beginning work.
How to Access Repair Services:
- Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection: We offer complimentary lifetime ultrasonic cleaning and prong tightness checks for all Gadhiya Jewels purchases brought to our Katargam, Surat workshop.
- Workshop Assessment: Bring your jewellery to our Katargam, Surat store/workshop or reach out to arrange insured reverse pickup for distant clients.
- Upfront Estimates: You will always receive a clear timeline and cost estimate before our goldsmiths begin any payable repair work.
- Exclusions: Items resized, altered, or worked on by unauthorized third-party jewellers are not eligible under our warranty or complimentary care programs.
7. Customer Accounts
Creating an account with Gadhiya Jewels allows you to track your orders, save shipping information, and receive exclusive updates. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
8. Intellectual Property & Custom Designs
All jewellery designs, CAD renders, 3D models, photography, brand trademarks, and written content on the Gadhiya Jewels platform are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, imitation, or unauthorized commercial use of any designs or media without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the best quality products and services, Gadhiya Jewels cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our jewellery or website.
